SEW BIZ 2010 March and April Newsletter
Wow! I think it's over! Winter, that is. I know that it is only mid-March and that we have had snow in early April in Indiana- let's just keep our fingers crossed that we won't see snow again until December! ☺ Congratulations to Barb Braggof Marion. Barb is the winner of the Key Tag Club $30.00 gift certificate. Over $1700 in FREE merchandise has been redeemed by Key Tag Club members over the last 4 months.
NOTICE! We are NOT phasing out the Key Tag Club. We have decided that the KEY TAG CLUB will continue on. If you are not a member, on your next visit to SEW BIZ, sign up and get started!
REMINDER: Supplies for our classes are to be purchased at SEW BIZ. In order to keep from increasing our class fees, it is important that the supplies for the classes be purchased here. Many shops charge double and more what our class fees are and we intend to keep our fees at the current rate; however, we need your support regarding supply purchases. Thank you !
Look over the class list, stop in to see the projects or view them on the internet at www.sewbizmarion.com. As always, call if you have questions. To avoid disappointment, register early. Many times supplies need to be purchased in advance of class and there may also be homework.

ATTENTION! SEW BIZ is a drop off site for the 1 Million Pillowcase Challenge. American Patchwork and Quilting is heading up this nation-wide effort to create 1 million pillowcases in an effort to create a difference in our communities. A pillowcase can provide comfort for a cancer patient, hope for a foster child, encouragement for a battered woman, or beauty for a nursing home resident. All pillowcases will stay in our area. If you would like to participate in this exciting event, make a standard sized pillowcase out of new fabrics and bring it in to SEW BIZ. On “A Wing and a Prayer” and a “shoestring”, I opened the doors of SEW BIZ on June 20, 1983.After 35 years, in February of 2018, I CLOSED the Retail Store.
